10 Motivational Movies for Every Entrepreneur’s Inspiration: In today’s era doing business for entrepreneurs is really a tough job. As this is an era of Entrepreneurship Revolution and competition is getting more hard and hard day by day. Sometimes many expectations get hurt in the world of entrepreneurship and business. Sometimes there may be any situation that you wanna quit your business i.e. you got a feeling of “Give Up”. But my dear friends, hard work never goes in vain but the thing is you may get its return in the long run. There is a saying for businessmen “No Risk, No Gain”. When you have taken the risk then there is no need to worry whether you gain something or lose. There is no meaning of letting down you.

There are various things you can do to come out of this feeling of loser. One is to read Motivational Books and the other one is watching Motivational Movies that I am going to discuss here. Motivational Movies introduced your ability to you and you feel great after watching it.

Every entrepreneur needs motivation to work in long run. This is because you cannot produce results until you stay positive and feels energetic and motivated from inside. And sometimes it just gets harder than ever just to feel inspired to finish it off as you have planned. That’s when you need an inspirational push. The Social Network (2010)

The Social Network is a 2010 American drama film directed by David Fincher and written by Aaron Sorkin. Harvard student Mark Zuckerberg creates the social networking site that would become known as Facebook, but is later sued by two brothers who claimed he stole their idea, and the cofounder who was later squeezed out of the business.

This is a good movie on taking your idea from dreams to reality. The movie also teaches a lot on scaling a company from your dorm room to a Billion users! Although the accuracy of this movie has been questioned, it doesn’t matter, it is a great source of inspiration for all entrepreneurs.

The Pursuit of Happyness (2006)

This is one of my favorite motivational movies and the best movie on never giving up. This movie gives you goosebumps and tears with Will Smith’s amazing portrayal of Chris Gardner. This is a movie based on a true story published by Chris himself as a memoir. It was a best-selling book and also a blockbuster movie. It adds a sense of reality due to the Italian director and no Hollywood cheese!

Never give up, no matter what; is given a shout out in a simple yet effective fashion.

The Shawshank Redemption (1994)

This movie also has a great motivational story and hence is in the list of Top Motivational Movies. In this movie,
two imprisoned men bond over a number of years, finding solace and eventual redemption through acts of common decency.

My favorite dialogue from this movie is “Fear can hold you prisoner, hope can set you free”.

Moneyball (2011)

Moneyball is an American 2011 biographical sports drama film directed by Bennett Miller from a screenplay by Steven Zaillian and Aaron Sorkin. This movie is about Oakland A and its general manager Billy Beane (Brad Pitt). The team is an underdog and also lacks a lot financially. The team has nothing but lowest salary available for players in Baseball. Apart from that, all of his star players are picked up by bigger teams. Now he needs to look at how to create a winning team without class that money can buy.

The Wall Street (1987)

This movie is about an ambitious young stockbroker, Bud Fox. This movie is all about greed and business. He does everything in his power to succeed which involves insider trading. Insider Trading is an illegal business and hence a reprehensible crime. He meets with Gordon and Gecko and takes over his life with the ‘Greed is Good’ motto in doing business.

StartUp.com (2001)

Startup.com is an excellent documentary on the internet gold rush of the late 1990′s. This documentary has all the necessary ingredients to learn a few great lessons on the internet bubble. Rise in competition, lifelong friendships on the line and do-or-die ambition all combine to form a deadly cocktail for an internet startup.

Something Ventured (2011)

If you happen to be an entrepreneur looking forward to exploring the Venture Capitalists, avenue, this documentary is the right fit for you. Something Ventured is a documentary movie based on the perspective of the Venture Capitalists who were the first in the industry in Silicon Valley.

This movie is about a story on Peter Gibbons. He is the one who can’t help but be promoted as he starts to slack off and do things his way, but there arises trouble as his new careless nature starts to cause him stealing from the company.

Ctrl+Alt+Compete is one of the documentary movie with the most up-to-date insight into the modern startup industry. Take a look into the Highs, the lows, the harsh realities of the Startup world. This movie is a reality check on the illusions of the Startup industry.

One movie that I would highly recommendable is “The Secret”. This is my favorite movie. Even I have this movie in my smartphone. Whenever I feel low and demotivated I watch this movie on the go. If you are that kind of person who lacks patience then you must watch these two movies “The Pursuit of Happyness” and “127 Hours”.
